TOTAL
COMMISSION
All you pay is 3 1/2% total commission, which is split
3 % to the selling broker &
1/2 % to the listing broker which is us, The Cannon Group, Inc.
We ARE members of the Multiple Listing Service & any other broker will earn 3% of the 3 1/2% if they sell your home.
We, however, work extremely hard to find a buyer for you home so that we can earn that commission too !
What do we do to earn our fee ?
